Extensive experience in Oil & Gas
Mike brings over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning his career directly out of college in the United States. His journey started in the field, where he donned a hard hat and steel-toed boots while working on rig sites and supporting well completion operations. Driven by a desire to expand his expertise, Mike transitioned into broader industry roles, gaining valuable insights by collaborating with a diverse range of customers in areas such as material testing, engineered products, and custom coatings.
During his tenure with organisations like ABCO Subsea and Element Materials Technology, Mike primarily engaged with engineers to provide technically oriented products and services to customers in the global offshore Exploration & Production (E&P) markets. His deep technical knowledge and collaborative approach made him a trusted partner for solving complex challenges.
Project-oriented approach for customer success

Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in projects ranging from agile, quick-turn assignments to complex, multi-year new product development initiatives.
