Expromet is pleased to announce that we are now proud members of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance (MAA), committed to excellence and innovation in the aerospace industry. We are honoured to supply critical components to leading OEMs and Tier 1s in the sector and look forward to working strategically with the MAA to stay at the forefront of the global aerospace industry.

Midlands Aerospace Alliance

The MAA represents one of the largest aerospace clusters in the world and serves as a leading regional voice for the industry and its growing supply chains. Strong partnerships extend the reach of this alliance to a wide range of complementary sectors including defence, space and air mobility.

As a member of the MAA, Expromet will have enhanced opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with companies at all levels of the supply chain, including primes such as Airbus, Boeing, Rolls-Royce and Tier 1s including Collins Aerospace, ITP Aero, Moog Aircraft Group and Parker Meggitt.

Expromet will also benefit from the MAA’s active role in raising the profile of the industry. It has strong relationships with influential bodies including the Department for International Trade, Innovate UK and leading aerospace experts at universities across the region, supporting innovation and new product development at Expromet group companies.

Expromet capabilities in aerospace

Cast, forged and machined components designed and manufactured by Expromet Technologies Group are used in a wide range of aerospace applications. Our versatile capabilities include components for aircraft telemetry systems (AS9100-accredited CNC machining), drone engines (sand casting) and aircraft seating components (forged, pressure die and investment casting).

We work in partnership with our customers to design and manufacture components that meet the evolving needs of this performance-critical industry, and provide end-to-end control and management of a global manufacturing supply chain.
